- Inver Grove Heights Schools (ISD 199) Superintendent Dave Bernhardson introduced new leaders in the district that were hired this summer: ISD 199 Director of Learning Megan Blazek, ISD 199 Director of Facilities & Safety Lindsay Elwelll, and Hilltop Elementary School Principal Leah Byrd.
