Inver Grove Heights Community Schools is one of ten districts that make up the East Metro Integration District (EMID). The ten-district collaborative supports voluntary integration among urban and suburban public schools in the east metro Twin Cities area. EMID is funded by state allocations to satisfy the Minnesota Desegregation Rule.
