Military Recruiter Access to Student Data
Simley High School must release to military recruiting officers the names, addresses and home telephone number of students in grades 11 and 12 within 60 days after the date requested, unless the parents have refused to release this data to military recruiting officers. This form needs to be filled out annually.

If you do not wish student information to be released to military recruiters, you must sign and return a Non-Release of Student Information to Military Recruiters form to Simley High School by October 1 of the school year or within 30 days of enrollment. This form needs to be filled out annually. You may download the form or pick it up at the Simley High School office.
